Casa Chan is a two bedroom, two bath home with an attached studio apartment. It sleeps a total of 6 people.
The home is a two story split level. The main living area on the first floor is open and large. As you can see in the picture the living room is open to the dinning area with a large pass thru to the kitchen. Both the kitchen and living room have ceiling fans. The kitchen has a nice Mexican charm with all the amenities of a gourmet kitchen. Also on the first floor is the second bedroom and hall bath. The bedroom has a full size bed, dresser, night stand and closet. The hall bath has a large shower stall, vanity style sink and toilet. Outside of the kitchen and second bedroom is a private patio area, great quiet place for your morning coffee or tea.
On the second level is the master suite with it's private patio. The master bed is a king size American style bed, with night stands and side lamp. There is also plenty of closet space and dresser drawers. The master bath is all done in Talevera tile, large vanity sink, toilet and shower with tub. The master suite opens up to a private living room fully furnished with a sofa, end tables, coffee table and recliner. Just out the patio slider puts you on a large 2+story patio, furnished with two chairs, two loungers and end tables. A perfect place for enjoying the sun or reading, as the space is partially covered with a ceiling fan. From the patio you can go up a spiral stair case to get to the roof top terrace with it's 360 degree views of the city.
The studio apartment is situated just inside the gate to the home. It is completely separate and self contained. The sleeping areas has a queen sized bed with many pillows to make it also a place to sit and relax. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove with oven and a kitchen sink. The bathroom has a vanity sink, toilet and shower stall.
